Arterial pathologies and venous insufficiency (ambulatory surgery) are treated in this department. We also treat other associated pathologies, like compression syndromes of thoracic brachial crossing, tumors close to the vascular structures, arteriovenous malformations.
Techniques used are carotid arteries and supra-aortic main body surgery, percutaneous angioplasty and mini-invasive direct techniques, implantation of aortic endoprosthesis,
ex-situ reconstruction, kidney auto-transplantation and popliteal artery aneurysms surgery (popliteal artery replacement by an arterial autograft).
The vascular surgery department is headed by Dr Maxime Raux and composed of 6 highly specialized surgeons.
